Holiday Shipping

To ensure delivery by December 24th, 2023, please place your order by the following dates:

— 20 December (12:00 pm CET) for shipments to Denmark

— 16 December (12:00 pm CET) for shipments to the EU, the UK, Norway and Switzerland

— 15 December (12:00 pm CET) for shipments to rest of world 

Orders placed between November 24th and December 24th can be returned or exchanged until 31 January 2023. 

Shipping

Orders placed on Palmes.co are shipped between 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped from Denmark, a country within the EU. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with all tracking information. Kindly reach out to us at hello@palmes.co if you haven’t received a shipping confirmation in your inbox within 4 business days of having placed your order.

We ship to the following countries:

— All EU countries, UK, Norway, Switzerland: 1-2 or 3-4 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

— USA, Canada: 2-4 business days or 6-8 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

— Australia, New Zealand: 3-4 or 8-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

— Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore: 3-4 or 8-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

— UAE: 3-4 or 8-10 business days, depending on the selected shipping method.

We do not sell our goods to customers in the Russian Federation.

All prices listed on Palmes.co are including VAT. Please note that international orders to outside of the EU may be subject to customs fees in the destination country. Palmes does not have any control over if, and how much, you are charged in customs. Palmes is not responsible for any additional costs charged by the destination country’s customs. Custom processes can delay deliveries.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item?

— Simply email hello@palmes.co with “Exchange” and your order number in the subject field. In the email, please write your order number, the item(s) and size(s) you would like to return and the item(s) and size(s) that you would like to receive instead.

— Once we have confirmed your exchange request, you will receive a payment link and return label for the return shipping. If the value of your new items exceeds that of your exchanged items, the outstanding amount must be paid along with the return label. If the value of your new items is lower than that of your exchanged items, the amount owed to you will be subtracted from the amount returned to your payment method.

— Following that, you must pack the item(s) that you wish to exchange in original packaging with hangtags and everything attached. The package must be handed in at a parcel shop location of the given shipping provider.

— Once we have received your exchanged items, the new items will be shipped on their way to you and a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Returns

Our returns policty allows you to return the product for any reason within 14 days of having received it. You have the right to open the package and check the contents and try the product on, but the product must be returned as unused. All original packaging, price labels etc shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with.

— Simply email hello@palmes.co with ”Return Serve” and your order number in the Subject field. In the email, please write the reason for your return, your order number and the items that you’d like to return.

— After we have confirmed your return request, you will receive a return shipping label and the cost for this will be deducted from the amount owed by Palmes to you.

— From there, please pack the return item(s) in original packaging with hangtags and everything attached and drop them off at a parcel shop location of the given shipping provider.

— The return amount will be transferred to the method of payment used for your initial order within 1-3 working days of the item(s) having been received on our end. Please allow 1-4 business days for the outstanding amount to be transferred into your account.

In Case Of Items In Cart Becoming Sold Out

If an item in your cart has been sold out before you have had the opportunity to check out and complete your order, it will automatically be removed from your cart.

Kindly note that it can occur that one or more items in your cart cannot be fulfilled after your order has been placed. This very rarely happens however if it does, you will receive an email from Palmes notifying you of this with the full amount being refunded into your account.
