Hej and welcome to Palmes!
We're a modern-day menswear brand, inspired by tennis. The brand was founded in 2021 by Nikolaj Hansson in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Created from a desire of bringing a progressive perspective to tennis as a sport and culture, Palmes creates items for daily life alongside cross-over pieces that can be worn on-court.

Through its universe that is steeped in progressive storytelling, Palmes seeks to expand the cultural relevance of tennis and in turn, break down the existing barriers-of-entry to give more people the chance to engage with the sport, allowing for them to experience the sensation of falling in love with the sport that Palmes arose from.

The name of Palmes is derived from jeu de paume, a sport that was played in 15th-century France at a time where the racquet had yet to be invented and participants simply used the palm of their hands for hitting the ball.
