We’re looking for a Production and Design Intern!
Palmes is a Copenhagen-based menswear brand rooted in tennis culture, made for wearing both on and off the court. We believe that tennis should be accessible to everyone—not just the elite. It’s about community, personal growth and having fun.
Right now, we’re looking for a motivated intern to join us at our Copenhagen HQ at the start of the new year. Since we’re a young, fast-paced company with an all-hands-on-deck mentality, you can expect variety in your daily tasks and the chance to make a real impact.
Your role
Assisting in managing production and design processes for seasonal collections, capsule collections, and collaborations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Assisting in the development of design concepts.
Working in Zedonk, our ERP-system, on various tasks, such as updating products, centering production data, and maintaining accurate records.
Managing logistics and transport throughout the supply chain.
Measuring, reviewing and commenting prototypes, samples and artworks to ensure they meet our specifications and are ready for approval.
Checking fabric qualities, compositions, design details and trims to ensure everything aligns with our standard.
Helping to communicate between our design and production team, making sure everyone stays on the same page.
Supporting the creation of tech packs, production documentation and cost management.
Working on ad hoc tasks that come up in a small business environment – like rushing a package across town to our pattern maker or helping set up for a pop-up event.
You are
Detail-orientated and organized, with a knack for keeping track of multiple moving parts at the same time.
Confident working in Excel and Adobe Illustrator, and a fast learner when it comes to new systems.
Interested in fashion and excited about being involved in the full production cycle.
Comfortable with the idea of rolling up your sleeves and helping wherever needed.
Written and orally fluent in English.
Currently pursuing a degree in production management, design, supply chain, or a related field. (if not, but you still think you are the perfect fit, feel free to reach out anyway!)
